Flights
Once you have chosen your accommodation call or email us to confirm availability - 01372 749579 or sales@spiritofgreece.co.uk Providing it is available we will hold the accommodation for you while you book your flights. You can do this online with our partners Flightline.co.uk or by phone with VHG Flights (0845 0710130 - mention Spirit of Greece/Cyprus).
VHG Flights have access to charter flights that aren't advertised online so it is worth giving them a call - 0845 0710130 - but be sure to say you are booking accommodation with Spirit of Greece/Cyprus.
Paphos and Larnaca are the most suitable airports and there are a range of charter flights from the UK on Wednesdays and Sundays. Schedule flights are also available from Heathrow - with Spirit of Cyprus, you have the freedom to pick and choose the one that suits you.
For charter flights we've teamed up with Flightline.co.uk an ABTA protected flight only specialist who have access to most UK charter flights at the best prices. ATOL protection is provided by the principal i.e. the tour operator that has chartered the flight.

You can also book by phone: FlightLine - 0800 541 541 - please explain that you are also booking your accommodation with Spirit of Greece/Cyprus. Please note that all flight documentation will be issued by Flightline.co.uk and your contract for the flights will be with them rather than Spirit of Travel Ltd. Spirit of Travel Ltd. will not accept payment for flights and clients make their payments directly to Flightline.co.uk.
We also recommend VHG Flights who have access to charter flights not advertised online. You can only book by phone and you must say that your accommodation is with Spirit of Greece/Cyprus.

Flights should be booked immediately as cancellation penalties will apply if you have to cancel your accommodation booking due to lack of flight availability.
Once the accommodation and flights are secured you can then choose to add transfers and/or car hire should you wish to do so.
Transfers
Car Hire
Those wishing to hire a car can pick it up at their arrival airport and drive themselves to their accommodation. Full directions are provided and driving itself in Cyprus is easy as they drive on the left and traffic is usually much lighter than in the UK.
Taxi/Mini Bus Private Transfers
We can arrange private transfers to and from your arrival airport to your accommodation in either a taxi or minibus depending on the size of the party. Please call us for rates but as an example, Paphos - Pissouri for four people in a private taxi would be #30 (UK) or #7.50 per person
Your Own Way
You can, of course, just jump in a taxi when you arrive at the airport and pay the driver yourself. We'll give you the full address of your accommodation before you go. |
