These lovely three bedroom properties sleep up to six and are just a short walk to Pissouri Bay.

These four identical, brand new villas are ideally located just 400 meters from the beach of the idyllic Pisouri Bay, on the south coast between the towns of Limassol and Paphos.  

The spacious ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a guest cloakroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with a soft sofa and chairs and has satellite television and a DVD and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and a large dining table seating six. A terrace overlooking the garden extends from the kitchen and steps from here lead down to the pool.

The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The double master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and it's own private balcony with sea view whilst the two twin bedrooms share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning and the master bedroom has a safe box.

The private pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace complete with sun beds, large umbrellas, tables, chairs and a large covered terrace. There is also a barbeque, a separate shower room and a covered mini kitchen with sink and small refrigerator.

Pissouri bay with its sandy beach and collection of tavernas is a short walk away ( 10 minutes) whilst the traditional hillside village of Pisouri is a little further but easily accessible by car.
